The hotel had a clean room, and I appreciated the towels provided as well as the complimentary toiletries. The rooftop patio was a highlight. it offered a great view and a nice spot to relax. I found the location quite convenient, with a local mercado nearby for quick shopping. However, there were a few issues. The shower water temperature fluctuated too much, making showering a bit uncomfortable. Storing toiletries was challenging due to the lack of shelves in the bathroom. While the staff were helpful when asked, they could provide clearer information about local attractions and amenities upfront.

I stayed for two nights, primarily to explore the local attractions, and it was an interesting experience. I really enjoyed the rooftop area, which was perfect for viewing the fireworks on New Year's Eve. The location was near a large Mercado, making it convenient for local shopping.

I stayed for 1 night in a Studio. The room was clean and simple but aesthetically pleasing. There was a beautiful view of a tree from the window, and the rooftop had great urban views. The staff were kind and very helpful with our luggage. 🌟

Showers fluctuating between scalding hot and lukewarm are uncomfortable!!! Towels with holes are uninviting, and the lack of shelves in bathrooms for toiletries makes organization difficult!!!

The room was clean with plenty of towels, and the showers were super hot in the morning. I loved the great rooftop patio for relaxing. It was close to a local mercado The staff were helpful and kept the place tidy.

We enjoyed the spacious room which was perfect for our large family, including our three dogs! The hotel's amenities like free WiFi and a friendly 24-hour front desk were super handy. We had a great time exploring San Miguel de Allende during our stay.

My wife says that the breakfast options could be improved.
